Shipping policy

BRWNSUGA currently ships within the United States only.

All orders are processed and shipped from our South Korea location. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12 for all U.S. orders and includes tracking.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal transit times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BRWNSUGA is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
